[OpenSCAD] How to add to OpenSCAD's library path?

I am viewing this site:
https://github.com/openscad/list-comprehension-demos

It gives instructions to first add the scad-util library to OpenSCAD's
library path. I can't figure out how to do that. I have looked in
preferences, and don't see anything about it. I'm sure it's right in some
place obvious that I haven't looked....

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Kevin

It's an environment variable.
