[OpenSCAD] Can not save STL files

When I try to save I only get that I can not access the file. What am I
doing wrong. W10 64 bit

It is likely that the current directory is in Program Files, which Windows
protects from change.
Make sure you select a directory under Documents etc.
In the program menu you can set the default directory to wherever you want.
